Non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will hold your choice of Corgi
Puppy until 8 weeks of age.
We must
receive your cashier’s check for the balance due 1 week prior to
you receiving your Corgi
Puppy.
Your Corgi
Puppy is free from congenital defects and has been thoroughly
examined by a
Veterinarian.
Your Corgi Puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming
program since
they were
6 weeks old. Please
take the vaccination record we provide to your veterinarian.
It is important to continue the vaccinations and worming
schedule for your Corgi Puppy as well as annual boosters after
that.
If for any
reason this puppy does not work out for you, or your life changes
such that you are unable to provide this puppy with a home, please
return the him or her to us or call us for assistance in finding a
good home. In effect
you are signing a contract stating that this puppy/dog will not
wind up on the street or in an animal shelter. The expenses incurred for the puppy and to return him/her
will be yours. You
also verify that you are not a puppy mill or pet shop.
